Midnight Drags

The 3rd Midnight Drags Will Be Held This Saturday Night Sept. 8th from 11pm to 3pm.
Check out some of the video and photos at streettostrip.com to catch up on the action from the first two event. If your not familiar with the late night racing scene, here is the break down: show up at Ozark International Raceway in Rogersville ready to run em, street legal cars that are daily drivers show up in force to race against similar cars. Basically they keep the joint open so us regular guys can have some fun after the big boys are done doing 100 yard burnouts. Here is the latest video from street to strip from the last event. This was my first time to this swap meet, and i have not been to many of these... but, this seemed really big. I just went to one in KC a few weeks ago, and this dwarfed that one. The Ozark Empire Fair Grounds is big place, it handles Fairs, Rodeos, Conventions. It has stock yards, stages, and tons of space, All of which was filled with every kind of car or car related item you can think of... and a lot of non car stuff as well. Company big rigs with parts and online resellers that drove two days to get there. Old farts sitting in the back of rusty trucks selling junk to the standard cheep tool guys and hotwheels stands. The photos I took dont even touch the volume of cars and stuff on hand. I picked up the monster intercooler, its a garret that has been cut in half and is still bigger then most I have seen. 4 inch wide in out and outs on the caps, the core is 30" by 8" - will need to plug the holes in the bottom and probably cut it down some more to get it to fit in the mustang... not sure what to do with those 4 inch holes or what will connect to them.

Im just learning what these cars are all about. Not sure what or where it is yet.

There are a few others mags out there that are focused on rats and minimize the trailer queens including "car culture deluxe" (its made by the same guys as ol skool) and a new one I found while I was in kc last week "garage"

I was watching a Soft core movie on cinemax tonight "Witches of Breast-Wick", It was awesome, huge boobs, bad story, even worse sex... are these made for teenagers who don't have internet access or what? I got on line and promptly found this little nugget, way more sexy and fun. The Winkitiki site is built with frames and has a lot of bad links, but it also has a bunch of great pin up images... worth sorting through the retro site design to get gleam out the even more retro girlie's. If I am ever sucked into a comicbook parallel universe, I think I want it to be drawn by Huerta. His girls are crazy hot and dangerous. Found this one while surfing google images for his work. Love the evil cheerleader theme, and I dont find to many of his with full backgrounds.
